Problem
Canadian housing data from CMHC and Statistics Canada is publicly available but fragmented and hard to interpret. No single dashboard shows price trends, supply gaps, and regional affordability in one place.

Approach
Pull CMHC and StatsCan datasets, clean and join in Python, model in SQL, and build a Power BI report with trend forecasting, regional comparisons, and affordability index tracking.
