Problem

Toronto transit data is publicly available but rarely analysed in a way that's useful to everyday commuters or city planners. Delays, overcrowding patterns, and seasonal trends are buried in raw logs.

Approach

Pull TTC open data, clean and model in SQL, build a live Tableau dashboard with KPI cards, route-level trend analysis, and anomaly flagging for delay hotspots.

Outcome
